The Role & The Work
A well-regarded firm, with a strong presence across Aberdeenshire, is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established branch network.

With several offices across the region, the firm has built a reputation not only for delivering high-quality legal work but for being deeply embedded within the communities it serves. In this role, you will manage your own residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, advising clients on purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of title. You will enjoy direct client contact and a high level of autonomy, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and become a trusted adviser within your local community.

Your Experience

• Qualified Solicitor, with 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident in managing conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• A personable and proactive approach, with an interest in becoming part of the local community
