Role
Upon joining this prestigious international team, you will work on the full spectrum of fund-related work, including with City and international clients.

Support investment managers with establishing, structuring and investing in funds across various sectors including infrastructure, real estate, impact, energy debt and private equity.

Many of the team's clients are large-scale institutional investors, subsequently, you will provide advice on primary commitments, co-investments, secondary transactions, account mandates and consortium arrangements.

The global nature of the work means there is ample international opportunity that accompanies the role.

Ideal Candidate

  • Is a driven Funds Lawyer (6+PQE) with an ambition to succeed in the industry
  • Able to handle a diverse set of cases and collaborate with a wide range of clients, with a keen interest in fostering and growing client relationships.
  • Is technically strong with up-to-date and relevant Funds knowledge
  • Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients alike
